This is a ridiculous service that does not provide quality leads at all! They were sending me cold leads that I already received from services such as opcity and OJO. I requested a refund due to this not even 60 days later and they are refusing. Not one of the leads they sent me has panned out and a lot of them don't even come with a name! They just send you an email and a phone number most of the time!

I've used their services in the past and canceled because I couldn't close a sale short term and was low on budget. Last week I was able to close my very first deal and all thanks to BrokerSpot, their task management reminded me to follow up with my leads and a few of them are starting to show real interest in buying now that interest rates are going down.

The leads are not great and the app is super clunky
