Ratings and reviews

The new update (FINALLY, AN UPDATE) has made the app a little faster and a little more reliable, but it still has problems. Forget trying to reorder elements—IF anything does drag and move where you want it, it doesn't save, making it impossible to organize things. Doesn't seem to be capable of handling large projects, either. Not ideal for worldbuilders.

(This is an edit to a previously 3 star review) 5 stars! I like it. Moving through the UI is snappy and every section is all about it. I checked out the app prior to updating and there's definitely changes. I also saw an option to insert images into the map section and I am so excited about that. Previous statements: Gotta make a log in, no ads, completely free. I urge anyone reading this to at least check the app out. My brain is happy!

I want to rate this app higher because I love it and the Campfire team, but it's consistently buggy. The latest big update made the app faster, but the manuscript editor just sprung more leaks on mobile: tabbing is gone so now it just indents all the text, inconsistent fonts while editing, inconsistent font sizes in view mode... 🤷‍ It's still a leaky ship that springs new holes when you plug old ones. It's usable enough but anything you write requires lots of cleanup when you get to a desktop.

What's new

- Fixes bug that caused deleted panels to come back to life the next time the element was visited
- Fixes bug in the manuscript causing the Indent icon to indent entire paragraphs instead of inserting a tab character to only indent the first line
