I've used several CRMs in the legal industry and I have never experienced as much disappointment and frustration in a product as I have with CampLegal. It is riddled with data issues that result in the software being less efficient than completing by hand. Their billing and reporting side is clunky and not well built to support hourly fee structures. Moreover their customer service is atrocious, even when you flag concerns about software glitches causing potential breaches in confidentiality.

my last review didn't take, it seems. CampLegal is the worst legal CRM I have ever used, their customer support is abysmal, and the rollout of this app completely broke their browser-side client messaging. Use literally any solution other than CampLegal.
