This app is very inconvenient to use. Photos can only be uploaded one at a time, with no option for bulk uploads. Videos cannot be uploaded directly and must be shared via external links from social media or other platforms, which is especially inconvenient when content is meant only for family members. Overall, the app is frustrating and impractical.

OK but lacks some features that would help: 1. Signing up for an event does not allow one spouse to sign up both. Each person has to sign up individually...not convenient. 2. Maintenance requests do not show what was done and when. Therefore we cannot really follow the response by maintenance. Otherwise, I like it.

As a resident of a senior living facility, the Caremerge app works smoothly for every function that I'm given access to. Of course, its utility is ultimately only as good as the accuracy/timeliness of the data uploaded by the local management team. I give you guys 5 stars; my local folk maybe a 3 plus.
