Questions I post are answered in half a day instead of about 1.5 days now, which is really nice. Unfortunately a number of the answers are incomplete and there are errors displaying formulas. The app is also pretty hard to navigate due to button labels and placement being hard to find. I get flagged less for switching between my phone and computer which is also a nice improvement.

They've swapped to using AI to generate answers instead of just showing you book solutions. The AI is usually wrong or unrelated to the question you're asking. To get anything with accuracy, you have to send the question to an expert, and you only get 20 of those a month. Just go to a tutor or your professor instead. You now also have to log in again each time you open the app. I miss the time where developers made their apps easier and more helpful.

Only allows you to use the service on 2 devices at a time including computers and phones. 2nd computer? Nope. Lab computer? Nope. Tablet? Nope. On my Samsung S21+ if I'm working a problem with one of the video walk throughs and the screen turns off the app will lose my place and i have to start the video over. The "oops something went wrong" message comes up way too often.
