I am missing thousands of dollars and have been since the upgrade. I have newest Android Note20 and get orders 25 minutes to two hours after they've been sent. I cannot sit in front of my home computer all day to catch offers. I'm losing money! This is a MOBILE APP for mobile users and doesn't work. I can't close out an order on the APP. I have done 412 signings for CX and am an A+ notary because I'm good at what I do. PLEASE FIX ISSUES ASAP! I cannot keep missing orders bc its not iPhone.

It is very difficult to accept offers when the apps Offer Tab is slow to open and show the new assignment. Once you see the offer it takes even longer for the accept/decline option to become available to select either option. The app notifications arrive faster than the text and email options. Clearing your cache and deleting app data doesn't help either. If possible delete old offers in the app, so you can only see 7 days instead of 30 days or more. We need a fix this is disheartening.

After emailing cust service over the weekend, I was provided a toll-free number to call for technical assistance. The rep advised that this app DOES NOT work with Android phones, and apologized that I was not informed of this info. She said they are looking to make it Android-compatible, but didn't know when that would happen. I received my 1st text offer today, but because the app doesn't work with my phone, I missed the opportunity (I had to log in via computer to find out).
