Unable to Receive OTP After Reinstallation I’ve been using ChatWise for a long time, but after a recent update, I had to reinstall the app. Now, the OTP is being sent only via WhatsApp, but the number I registered with is not linked to any WhatsApp account. Previously, I used to receive OTPs via normal SMS, which worked fine. Due to this change, I am unable to access my account. Please bring back the option to receive OTP via SMS or provide an alternative login method.

I’ve been facing a few issues while using Chatwise. Sometimes the app becomes unresponsive or crashes when switching between chats, and message delivery can be delayed. Notifications don’t always appear on time, which makes it hard to keep track of new messages. It would also help if the interface felt smoother and more stable during longer sessions. Hope these can be fixed in future updates!

first of all I got logged out because the software was being upgraded for more then a month. now trying to login again I need an OTP which keeps buffering and or have some errors only the developers may know. have not been able to get OTP since 3 days and more. please do the needful
