I'm not really happy with the product but maybe they ALL have the same issues I don't like. when not running, producing heat, the onboard thermostat reads least 5° high. while running it's about 10° from where the actual room temperature is. that means you have to set the temperature 6 or 7° higher than you actually want it to be. also when it's running near maximum capacity you can hear the pipes vibrate, like if they run inside a closet you can hear them very clearly inside the closet.

Convenient. Remote access over the phone is good! Alexa etc. connection. Scheduling. Error codes do not appear in the app as on the device's screen. You think you're making a change as normal, but since the device is actually in an error state, nothing is happening. Major flaw.

Hey Della! I own a HVAC company in NE Ohio. You should really put some effort in fixing your app. If app control is important to any of my clients I will not be recommending your product. Half of the buttons on the app don't work. I can lower the temp but can't increase it. I can't change modes but can implement the "up and down sway," etc. It used to work fine. I've cleared the cache and data, un/reinstalled and still no luck. update 11/15/25 Still doesn't work correctly....
