Most cumbersome and the most useless app. Now U have introduced another stumbling block in the name of added security! This is very very absurd and hence I will be closing my SB account. As I am presently settled in Chennai, I would do this on my next visit. Go to hell with your unfriendly, confusing, time wasting app.

Please solve profile upload problem as earlier as possible. After upload the profile picture, next time login its looks blurred. Please do the needful.Also try to improve UI of the application in upcoming updates.

Edit 2: 05.03.2024 need to improve on ui that easy to use most of the time got server error and need to improve in that field. And add scan and pay upi in the same app means it can use in the same for better development. Edit 1 Old Ui changes need because its too old user interface can you change ui in next update Update the app export the statements through mobile app Edit 2 23.07.24 kindly sms off from the app only otp is allowed and remaining every transaction is in mail allowed feature.
