Worthless "app" for paying your bill. It's not really an app at all in that regard; it just redirects you to the website where you have to log in with your username & password -- worse than paying from your computer! UGH! Also, what's the reason that security for a trash account has to be tighter than for a financial institution? I tried to pay my bill after hours but accidentally put in incorrect security credentials once and it locked me out. Had to wait til business hours to get unblocked. 🙄

The Service Schedules tab is worthless. Entire streets that have EDCO service are excluded, and not a single address on them appears when the one-word street name is entered. Even a particular numbered street (##-st) I searched not only doesn't show the EDCO service addresses on it, it shows only a completely-different numbered street that is a single digit (#-st) vs the 2-digit street that I actually entered (##-st).

I just wanted to see if they had the schedule for the greens versus recycles because someone accidently threw away the schedule they mailed. Of course they couldn't find my address so the app is useless to me
