Disappointing experience with this app They deducted extra Rs. 467 from my credit card without my permission while paying school fees. No information was provided about the additional charges. Worst part is, I haven't received any receipt for the extra amount deducted. Requesting immediate refund and clarification on the extra charges. Unprofessional handling of payment transactions.

The service quality is quite poor, and users have very limited control over the app. For instance, if a user forgets their password or wants to change it, they must visit the school in person, which is highly inconvenient and impractical. Additionally, the app does not allow users to save login credentials, and the login ID itself is overly complicated and difficult to remember. Overall, the app is poorly designed and lacks user-friendliness.

Poor app experience. If I open a message for inbox and go back to open another message, it's open the previous message every time. I request you to stop giving us pain. Please shutdown this app so that school will search for other options.
