update: the biometric login is working normally again. The app covers most of what you can do on the web, minus a longer history of usage. Does make it easy to report an outage and monitor repair progress. They made a significant update to the app and now the biometric sign in didn't work. If this is fixed, we'll be back to five stars.

Older version was far better I had zero complaints about the version of the app from a few years back. The worst part is that you have to log in every time you open the app. Beyond that the stats on usage do not display as nicely as the older version. Disappointing from a company that is otherwise so great!

We love using the EPB app! I can check usage daily to see how it's fluctuating, set a threshold amount for the month and get notified if it exceeds it, compare monthly bills, save PDFs of bills, see if my power is out at home when I'm not there, report power outages and so much more! Convenient and easy to use. Excited to try the new pay feature tomorrow!!
