I am using this app from a long time and I actually love it. But the thing that bothers me as a seller is that the amount gets reduced because we have to pay for the delivery which is quite high and therefore sales become less sometimes. Earlier the sellers didn't have to pay any additional amount such as delivery or anything and it was really convenient because that way the customers were also able to purchase at a very low cost from us.

I have been using FreeUp for about 3 to 4 months, and while the first month went fairly well, I’ve noticed that recently they have started charging excessively high delivery fees, which is causing users to refuse to make purchases. Although there is a Shipze coupon available, it cannot be applied, which makes the app feel increasingly like a scam these days. 👎

I have installed & using this app from more than a year, it was good in the beginning but later when I booked products & paid the amount, the customer agreeing to sell but I get a msg saying the order is cancelled, I don't understand why it happens like that. The app was showing to update after updating I'm trying to download but it's flickering, I want to know my update of the product I have booked. I hope Freeup looks at this problem.
