Ratings and reviews

It's been too many times including most recently, that order ahead from the app still resulted in a 30 min wait. The food is always exceptional. And service is too. But not noticing orders can be a damper on a trip for the customer. With this location being a midpoint to allot of travelers ordering ahead makes all the difference.

Make it so I can save my location & favorite store to my account so I don't have to keep doing a search for my local store every time I want to order a pizza. The reordering button is broken. It doesn't reorder anything; it takes me to the menu & makes me start from an empty cart. Fix that. I should be able to fully reorder a previous order with no more than three clicks. Also, the app doesn't take coupon codes correctly; codes on the flyer from my local store don't work. This app is broken!

I've been using the Godfather's app for about 1 year now - for the most part I like it & it does the job correctly & easy to use. The only problem encountered: I live in an area that can be confusing for delivery drivers to deal with. I include extra info to try to help. It always dumps the extra delivery info I type in when multiple apps share the info. As a result many orders have gone to the wrong home. I gave lower stars to them too because of this. I haven't noticed ads. Are there any?
