Ratings and reviews

I have had repeated problems getting the app to launch properly. Most of the time it says there was an error and to try again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and using both wifi and mobile data but nothing helps. When it does work it is super easy to use and better than the bird app. The app works fine on my wife's phone so if you have a OnePlus phone maybe steer away from this app.

You have to start pedaling before you can start the scooter!!! It took too many tries to get a bike that worked and it was really hard to end the ride. A lot of money wasted just trying to start and end the ride. You must have signal or wifi to end the ride or else it will continue charging you! Even though it is stopped!

The app interface is extremely glitchy. I tried to end the ride and it wouldn't let me, so it just kept racking up time, charging me more.
