It used to be a good app. But bad people are posting rides with fake prices and demanding cash payments out of the app. It has destroyed the integrity of the whole system. I would rather pay for a $60 uber than go through a Nickle and diming convo with a driver who has never accepted a ride on the app. Unfortunately there are no reputable drivers left in Brantford Ontario. The only good thing is that the app refunds you if you contact support and don't cancel before the driver. Deleting :((

The reason why I didn't give the full 5 stars is because it felt unfair that I was discounted the booking fee even after cancelling 5 minutes after just booking & then realizing that I mistook the am for pm, other than that the App is very reliable & convenient. So I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to go anywhere at any time.

They will refund people when they don't show up and not pay you! This is the email they sent me! After considering all the details and based on our Terms of Service, we have decided to proceed with a full refund for Harshiv's booking. Considering that we are a carpooling community and that your trip would have taken place even if you had not received any booking! The craziest answer ever when I waited the person for 40min or more. Avoid!! Use other apps!
