I'm referring here specifically about the fast home delivery service. Some products definitely cheaper than getir. Delivery is usually very fast. My only main complaint is that very often one order products and then after you placed your order they cal or SMS you to say the products are not in store. It happens too often for me not to suspect that they do this on purpose.. because if one know from the start they don't have the product, one might not place an order for the other products either.

Ordered 2 menus they delivered only 1 and forgot the other. They said they would send the rest after a cumbersome talk with customer support. They sent me cold potatoes after 1 hour. Not what I ordered. Later customer support called me and asked the status of the delivery I said I still didn't get the menu and wanted a refund for the incomplete part they said okay but I didn't get any refund. When I contacted them later they denied all responsibility.

As of two weeks ago, the app refuses to accept payment. After my bank app prompts me to approve the purchase and I go back to the Migros app, it goes to the app homepage again. I've tried about 12 times and the same thing happens. I tried to uninstall and install the app again, and the same thing happened. I tried to login to my account on my laptop, and it won't let me. It worked a week ago suddenly, and now it doesn't work again. I tried the developer email and it was sent back.
