I've been with this company for 5 years, and the app has consistently gotten worse. It's incredibly slow, crashes often, and uploading photos takes forever — sometimes 10+ minutes for just a handful, and that's if it doesn't freeze completely. I’ve stopped accepting jobs because the app wastes so much time that it’s not worth the pay — which, in some cases, has even gone down, while the company continues to charge clients the same. It feels like the focus is on profit and not the inspectors.

great for filling the schedule when things are slow otherwise, they pay quickly, always less than 7 days, the app can be slow or bug out sometimes, seems to be relative to the quality of your device though. better device= faster and smoother operation. some inspection types are underpaid in my opinion, specifically move out inspections, other than that very fair considering this compared to lead generation services

App constantly crashes. You open it (Crash) submit a photo (Crash). That's just the bugs not to mention that when you try to go around the bugs and just try to take photos and upload them later you have to painfully select each image 1 at a time because for some reason the app will only show the last like 6-8 images you've taken and all the rest you have to add from the file manager. Awful app things you wouldn't necessarily inspect for a traditional home inspection are required to be inspected.
