App crashes all the time and the charger seems to be draining my batteries somehow. I've been disappointed in the app for 2yrs now. Been hoping they would make it better but there are always bugs. For such an expensive product (charge), I expect the app to work flawlessly. Outsource or find a better developer please.

Worst app experience I've ever had. After jumping through hoops to get it installed/operational it now randomly works... or doesn't work... power pole's fix has been to have me delete the app and reinstall it. Guess I'll need to get starlink internet so I can reinstall the app as needed when it decides to suck 70 miles offshore. Do not buy product unless you can use gateway for control through mfd. Power pole: please make a gateway for furuno or make the app more reliable. This is ridiculous.

Will not work with Galaxy S10. It will connect and work with my girlfriends Note 9 but does not offer a box to select anchor on my S10. I called customer service and they told me no problem, send it back and we will send you a new unit. I paid to ship back, get the new unit (refurb) and guess what, same situation as before. I have unistalled and reinstalled, tried every combination to get it to work, nothing. I opened the reviews and there is a trend developing and not one response from PP.
