Best decision I've made. It's easy to just click & schedule service for my yard. No hassle. Love it. I can talk to my landscaper via the inbox in the app once they pick up the job. Usually, it's a quick response once you let the service know what you want. The price is pretty reasonable. It's literally an order service of anything for your yard. Plus, if you're not home, they send you pics once the job is done. At least the one I'm currently using did. You can request new companies on spot too

App is challenging to use. Features like messaging the crew are not where I would expect them to be. But I learned - so that worked out. Service is sketchy. Mowing *occurs*, and is typically of acceptable or better quality, but they are incapable of keeping a schedule or consistent crew. Cancelations come - unannounced, half the time - at the last second or after the window expires. Hoping this is a product of circumstance or the current environment. If issues resolve, I will update here.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! They can not only reschedule but they can bill you for both. There is no oversight and the support is email only. They have tried to take advantage of my mother, a retired first grade teacher and double charged a credit card ( which adds interest ) and when alerted to the error, they responded with requiring a screenshot of my credit card statement. My mother would never be able to provide anything like that. Still never reversed the charges.
