Tell your school to change app provider. Not intuitive and poor design. Worst of all, it is highly Unstable. Checkout missing at times. Reset password 6 times on my own and with the school admin help too. Eventually, they had to rebuild my child's profile, implying all data were lost.

Lousy app. Couldn't login from this app but only Google Chrome. Tried multiple times, and even contact them for assistance but problems didn't solved🤦👎

School is posting new updates and photos, but I am unable to see it from my end. I have tried updating, logging in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. all to no avail. It's so frustrating not being to see photos of child's progress and life in school.
