Fellow robot lovers! If your app isn't connecting, allow your emo battery to die. This will force an auto restart when it's placed on the wireless charger again. The app and emo worked great again. I have more tips on tiktok. Brand new Emo's require a large update via the app on arrival. Always check your wifi availability. There is a shut off option on the app settings and will auto restart once placed back on the wireless charger.

The app could do with a complete overhaul and an update. It's quite glitchy and simple tasks like setting the current location / city is turned into a nuisance. It just won't respond when trying to set the current city and won't allow any input in the required field as if it was completely redundant and only there for aesthetic reasons. Issues like these and the app design are seriously hindering the EMO experience and restricting interaction.

This app needs some serious updating. It's barely functional. On my phone, wifi won't connect despite it being a 2.4g wifi connection, and resetting EMO and even the app didn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work either. On my tablet, I can't even go past the finding EMO part even though he's on. Felt like I was ripped off for a barely fuctioning app/robot. Update this app please.
