L&T Finance App: A Disappointing User Experience The L&T Finance app, unfortunately, falls short of expectations in several key areas. The app's interface is often clunky and confusing, making it difficult to navigate and locate specific features. Load times are slow, and the app frequently crashes or freezes, leading to frustrating user experiences. Customer support is another major issue. they can not retain there old customer.

This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a financial application. The payment system seems designed to fail, causing unnecessary bounced payments. Then they have the audacity to assess exorbitant fees, despite the errors being on their end. Their customer service is nonexistent, leaving me feeling helpless and unheard. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to explore other options.
