This is a third-grade app. Neither does their payment system work properly, nor is there an option to cancel an order if it's delayed by three days. If you need the order for an event or a party, don't rely on it, or your party might get ruined because they don't know how to deliver on time. I ordered for the first time to test their speed, and it was very disappointing.

Very unprofessional customer care. They will keep your call aside and won't reply you. Return requests are pure fraud. Even after I return my product as it was wrong item they said they didn't receive it. And they are now asking me to connect to delivery agent stating it was third party vendor. If you are using third party courier service then who should be accountable for the issue, you or me. Completely useless app.

Suddenly purple app stops working on my mobile I had tried to un install and re install the app but it doesn't works ... I had given complaint so many times but no results were seen issue was not resolved ... It's really worst experience I had that no response after giving too many complaints
