I would have rated it 5 stars but there was a recent change to the deposit function and it automatically takes the photo, sometimes before the image is aligned. Then it gives a message that the deposit is not allowed because the image is blurry! Please go back to allowing the user to select the image. Also, it is annoying that the "1" is in the deposit amount!

Definitely a big step backwards. A sad case of solutionism at its finest. Nothing in particular was wrong with the old app's interface. Trying to make things "more modern" for the sake of that only is a bad strategy. Either redesign the app from scratch or leave the UX/UI flows the same. Trying to change these sorts of things piecemeal never works out. Also, updating an app shouldn't automatically mean having to change my password and re-registering my device for using my fingerprint reader.

I love the bank, been a member for almost a decade now but the app has had the same bugs with fast balance and crashing for over 6 years now. I've called customer service and they always say oh we will look into it and get back to you. This has yet to happen (like the 5th time I've tried too). The push notifications are also not working now with the latest update .
