Citizen service is not opening. Cannot submit khajna application. Even in web version after submitting all the details the cursor is going on and on without going to the next page. Disgusting 🤮, it would be better to give it offline to go to blro office and submit. But nowadays no offline office of kajna payment is accepted. I am trying for few days with same results. Really in this digital web based age West Bengal really is the last State in every ranking.

It is complicated. Taxes are not paid through app. Everytime , we will have to contact local office for payment. Therefore revenue generation is very less of state. On one click, taxes and khajana should be paid. Mutation/convertion of land etc. , only application is being filed through app. For finalisation, human intervention is required, it takes years/ months. App should be user friendly.

I recently downloaded this app and was excited to use it, but unfortunately, I am unable to register. The registration process requires both a mobile and email OTP, but one of the OTPs never comes through. It's frustrating to keep trying and not being able to complete the registration process. I suggest the developers find a way to streamline the verification process and only use one type of verification for the user's convenience. Until then, I cannot recommend this app.
