The Narwal Freo app allows you to control the Narwal robots remotely, view its working status anytime you want, from anywhere you are.
Using this app, you can unlock the more advanced functions of Freo!

[Multiple Cleaning Modes]
Freo is equipped with 5 cleaning modes, including Freo Mode, Vacuum and Mop, Vacuum then Mop, so that you can choose the one that suits your floor the best.

[Customized Cleaning Plans]
Long story short, you can customize in any way you want! You get to decide the cleaning sequence, frequency, even the mopping pressure and moisture of the robot via this app, so that you can get the most flawless floor in just one click!

[Spot Cleaning]
Only one specific area is dirty? You can select that one place on the app, and Freo will head out to clean!

[Map Management]
Merge and divide rooms as you want! You can even set no-go zones to make sure Freo doesn't intrude!

[Customized Cleaning Reports]
At the end of each cleaning plan, you can see how Freo made your floor spotless through a customized and engaging short video!

Ratings and reviews

Pros: -very nice app -lots of features - real time track - best app Cons: -It likes to toss you far away while tilting in 3d map. - when it started off in the first room it didn't detect the bath mat or clean it, but detected the larger ones -share feature didn't work, "no user try again" -didn't really tell me in app what is automatic or recommend, first run(suction or water) Neutral: -it didn't go onto the plush rug, even though we set it to clean all rugs (experiment to see if it could do it)

Great map tool to control Narwal. The FREO setting is an absolute must! Love the addition of saving multiple saved plans, multiple time settings, multiple floors maps, even reminders of those separately. Also a huge fan of the wetness controls. The ability the edit the default setting was a huge time saver. Love this robot!

The app does work, but it has many flaws that other robot vacuum companion apps have had for years. 1. Poor multi floor support - must manually select an area to and cannot select by room or the entire floor 2. Can't select floor material as carpet. Are carpets less common than other included options like ...cobblestone?! 3. If you need to vacuum and mop a different floor that "exceeds" its limit - sorry. You need to move the base. No way to overide the limit
