Ratings and reviews

Stop auto refreshing. Do it like a normal app or a web page, user prompted. Secondly, make you feedback popup prompt the keyboard, we can't leave feedback because the keyboard doesn't auto popup, we can't copy and paste because the app refreshes when you get back in to leave feedback. You can see why this might get frustrating yeah?

I am unable to read previously downloaded copies of the paper when I am in remote locations and out of network range. The App appears to be trying to verify my subscription as it is stuck on a page about subscriptions. Big flaw. This is not an issue in other news media apps as downloaded copies of newspaper are saved as PDFs. PS: if you can't read the downloaded paper then App is a zero star. Time to look for alternative subscription service

Edit: For some reason this app has now also started showing video with the volume turned on without being asked, like the worst of the tabloid newspaper websites. The recent update improved nothing as far as I can see, but the operation of the app has become clunky and unpredictable. Please fix. Even worse on a tablet.
