Ratings and reviews

Ads blocking you from getting to the cameras are NOT OKAY. Cameras are a safety and security feature. Why are you adding popups and ads that make it impossible to access the cameras until I click through them? Do you really need the money that bad that you have to compromise my ability to quickly check the safety of my property? This issue on top of worsened performance in order to sell a cloud subscription is despicable. Been using these cameras for almost a year, but will be looking elsewhere.

Someone else noticed the same issue. About 2 updates ago, they did something to cause an issue with connectivity. I have a b200 and a b210 and they would connect without any issues, only like 20 ft from my router, and I'm a 30yr IT tech, so not just guessing at this stuff. Anyhow, I think it might be so you buy their connection hub, or upgrade your cameras, but whatever it is, it definitely is an issue now. The cams connectivity is shot, the software won't connect to the cameras.

It started out well enough, app functioned, however with each update it continues to get worse and worse. it can't connect to the server, failing to refresh, shows no status on the cameras for battery level wifi connection etc just question marks as an unknown, swipe down to refresh and it says failure. Was getting multiple notifications for the same event for a while.. I mean the list goes on and on. I mean why issue an update before you are absolutely certain it doesn't have bugs & glitches
