Update- after upgrading to the new version everything seems to be fixed. Thank you. App is very buggy on my Samsung Edge 7. After receiving a call and listening to the message on speaker it renders my phone speaker useless unless I restart my phone. It also disables my bluetooth if I am listening to a blue tooth speaker unless I restart. Also when I listen to the message on speaker it often doesn't even play loud enough to hear the message. I have to put the speaker up to my ear to hear it. It's very frustrating- especially when i have to use the app multiple times a day. I constantly have to re-authenticate everytime i switch to another app even if my phone is still on. It is not a pleasant experience!

Thank you for the update, Nick. We're glad the update fixed the issue. Issue was with an audio plugin. Authentication issue resolved through the use of fingerprint detection on supported Android devices.

with the new version I am not able to enter exceptions. It doesn't allow me to save start date and time or end date and time. A window pops up with calendar to pick a date and a time button. But no option to save. I tried reinstalling. I have android Galaxy S21.

Excellent application. Very convenient for myself and my patients. The ability to call back from the app is a real time saver. The transcription of the message, although not perfect is a great feature as well as the ability to listen to the patient message.
