My only current issue is if I create an invoice through the app the Pickup and Delivery options do not present. I have to save the invoice and reopen it in the web version, therefore I do not use the app for creating invoices. OTR did hear me when I stated my displeasure about popups and removed ads from my account. I much appreciated that.

Absolute must have! I thought there was no need for a factoring company because I was just a small business but after 3 weeks of nonstop runs, I had a hard time making sense of what invoices were paid and which ones I still needed to keep on the front line all while keeping the business going. Yes, there are tons of factoring companies out there but I doubt any of them will give you the level of service that OTR will. These folks are incredible!

Had problems after problems. App is slow and laggy, it kept sending me to a Truck stop with only diesel in the back(directed by otr to go in the back by diesel trucks) . Customer service was no help, if anything anything they waste your time and money. Find a different gas saving alternative. It might work well for only diesel but with the problems I've had wouldn't recommend.
