HP has really dragged the level of service way down. This app and it's spotty performance doesn't help much either. So far I've learned that we can expect to have devices that are not supported merely because of the transition being so horribly sub par. Do yourself a favor and transition to Yeahlink.

UPDATE: Dev response definitely not helpful. You didn't give me the actual link to the info I need. I couldn't find the information. Too many search results and I don't have hours to look for it. Have not been able to use the "Find my device" feature since it changed from Plantronics Hub to Poly Lens! My poly Lens device (Plantronics Explorer 110) is connected to Bluetooth and turned on. App says "No devices were found. Connect your poly device using Bluetooth".

Hi Lynne, Plantronics Explorer 110 is not a supported device in this app. Please refer to the "How can I continue using the earlier version of Poly Lens Mobile that works with my device?" question in the following documentation: https://docs.poly.com/bundle/poly-lens-mobile/page/general-questions.html We hope this is helpful.

Lacks all the functionality previously in Plantronics Hub. Response to dev response: Where to start? Poly Lens currently allows: you to pair with Poly device and download user guides. Oh wait, my phone could already do that without the app. In contrast, I used to use Plantronics Hub to 1) perform firmware updates (by USB or Bluetooth), 2) customize ringtones, 3) configure presence updates, 4) change device settings, 5) get real-time battery & mute readouts, and 6) adjust audio settings.
