This service is an online service facility in the context of providing public information services as mandated in Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information.
The Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment has established PPID through Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Number 8 of 2016 concerning Standard Operating Procedures for Public Information Services within the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment in conjunction with Regulation of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment Number 2 of 2020 concerning Organizations and Work Procedures of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment. The PPID Organizational Structure is determined based on the Decree of the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Number 114/s of 2020, as follows:
The Advisory Team is chaired by the Deputies.
The main PPID supervisor is the Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry.
The Main PPID is held by the Head of the Communication Bureau.
The PPID Work Unit is held by the Secretary of each Deputy
The Public Information Service Officer is held by the Head of the General Administration Section of each Deputy, and the Head of the Administrative Subdivision of the Inspectorate, Planning Bureau, Legal Bureau, and Communication Bureau.
