Ratings and reviews

Design is difficult to navigate and not intuitive. Icons are not always labeled and not always clear on what they are for. Settings (like alarm volume) revert to default by themselves. UPDATE: The issue of birds not being recorded seems to be fixed. Automatic recordings can be saved from the playback list into the app's album, then downloaded from the album to your device. I have been very happy with the bird recordings and hope the devs continue to fix issues in the app. Updated to 4 stars.

awful experience so far, software and device. I bought a month of the VIP service, they sent me a code, it said it was already used, I emailed them, slow response but they replied with another code to try and same things it said already used, I've emailed them back and I'm again waiting on a response. I get alerts of motion all the time that are false alarms no matter what sensitivity you have it set to, then when I go to look at video there's no stored video and it always defaults to wrong day

I have had nothing but problems with this app. I have uninstalled it, restarted my phone closed out any apps and still nothing. My wife is trying to share her login or videos with me from the same 2yr old phone. I'm done with it. The devise is great and the wife loves sharing the videos with family and friends. For me, the videos stop at :07 seconds every time.
