Everything about the app when signed in is fine, but I've had an issue occur now on several occasions where for some reason my fingerprint scan says it's "wrong" and then locks me out of the account entirely after a single sign-on attempt, resulting in having to call into customer service to reset. This is , in itself, rather annoying. It's even more annoying when this occurs on a Saturday after 4pm there's nobody to call until Monday, and I'm locked out of my entire account for several days.

Gets the job done. Easy to use. Not perfect, but more than up to the task for straightforward on-line Bannking. Staff always there to solve issues and maje sure you have what you need, accomplished. 👍
