The app is hit or miss when it wants to operate. It does not matter what device it's installed on iPad, iPhone, Android. There are times all platforms won't operate then other times it's just one. The answer... well try uninstalling and then install the app and see if that fixes the problem. So tired of this wish my department would find something better or just go back to paper.

This app could be so helpful, but it is poorly designed and optimized. The user interface will frustrate your crews enough that they will lean more into pencil-whipping than actually doing their checks. I hesitated to post this, thinking it would improve, but Vector doesn't appear to listen to feedback and the app has only gotten slower over time. Mine won't even log in, and just keeps showing a spinning wheel. I feel like our department paid for a service that it hasn't actually received.

This application is frustrating. It could be awesome, but it's not. When entering comments on vehicle checks, the cursor automatically goes to the end of the sentence, even after selecting a point in the text you just entered. The normal word suggestions don't appear and there is no spell check function. As a medic, G-d help you if someone accidentally enters a wrong controlled substance total. It takes a desktop - and a supervisor - to correct it (and even they have issues).
