Works great. i saw a review complaining about having to tap several times. it wants you to slide your finger down to simulate playing an actual kalimba. I'd suggest the developer switch it to accept taps because sliding doesn't offer any benefit. Also, my phone is tall, so playing in landscape is a bit uncomfortable. That's more my phone's fault than the app, but it'd be nice if it could change to portrait mode and the keys would occupy the bottom half of the screen.

I really LOVE the Kalimba app. It's simple to use and, best of all, NO ADS! I'd easily give it 5 STARS, save for one issue. It's slow to respond to the swipe motion required to simulate the picking of the keys/tines. To improve performance, I think there should be a key "tapping" option. Thank you, developer(s), for a WONDERFUL app.

I just now got this app and I already like it. I guess you have to get a hang of the instrument before you can really play it comfortably, but that's not the app's fault, of course. It's easy to play most of the time, although I've found you can't play it very fast. Sometimes it doesn't register that you're pressing a key, sometimes it gets mixed up with another one. Maybe add where you can choose how spaced out the pegs are? Another thing, it would be cool if you could record yourself somehow.
