Stuck with the app, as not able to switch plan or use the features which were explained while enrolling. If you want to switch the plan, you need to pay for the plan and they will not convert the existing balance/plan. Now of you want to discontinue still they will mot refund the amount rather they say that they will give the vouchers Very thoughtful on looting the customers

Don't subscribe to this app. You can not get a subscription untill you allow auto debit . And once you allow auto debit this option does not get disabled. I was told from the team that your auto renewal option is disabled in June but from my subscription is renewed in last month and this month also. I demanded for refund but they ask for written confirmation in which auto renewal cancellation should be written.. . Scam. . Scam . . Scam. I don't wanted to give a single star but it's mandatory .

Even after subscribing for selected channels through watcho, discovery+ doesn't consider it and ask for subscription. Frequent and multiple adds every min on Z5, and many on hotstar. And such channels demand premium for several shows. Extremely unhappy with watcho, hence already quitted. Not recommended.
