Excellent app with a few oversights. As a long-time customer I'm disappointed that the developer invests in everything but the actual riding experience. Every time the slope changes, resistance of my stages bike changes immediately, not quite like the real world. No integration of gearing indicators. And unfortunately, the videos are all fixed angle, so there's zero indication of you're going uphill or downhill or straight, the video will always look the same. Please improve!

My experience it connects well to kickr core with either Android or windows PC. I am really enjoying the App, nice features. Only complaint is the speed of the video doesn't seem realistic at times, however it is the most reliable and realistic real video app I have found...tried them all. Resistance, cadence, etc all seem accurate and responsive... user friendly as well. Wish they had more coach classes for the wife.

Edit: I emailed tech support as requested and problem solved. I don't care how, but it's working again! First of all, I love this platform. I love the variety of available routes and the realism of the experience. With all of that said, it's a little frustrating that the app logs me out in the middle of rides. There is no consistency to it either, sometimes it's an hour, today it was an hour and a half. It keeps giving me messages about firewalls and wifi and none of those things apply here.
