This app worked well for a very short time. Doesn't matter how many services I select. It defaults to 15 min for 4 services. Arms take longer than that alone. I searched for other locations to book an appointment. I received a call from wax center telling me, "they don't have anyone by that name working there. And, they offer these services. I booked at a different location, and they also stated, "we doo offer that service, but the 3 people you mentioned don't work there.

Edit: The previously reported issues have been resolved. It's definitely useful but still has some issues. No matter how many times I select my studio location in the reservations section it always opens with a different city. When I go to correct this, it says that my correct city is saved as my favorite. Also, it would be really nice if they could add the feature of being able to select add-ons to services in app as well.

Hello Tory, We apologize for the inconvenience. Request you to please use MY EWC feature(My Account->My EWC) to select your Home location so by default, it will show your selected location in a reservation. Also, for add-ons feature please send a note to ewcplaystore@gmail.com so we can connect

So I love this app for most part. It periodically goes down for whatever reason (at least 3 weeks recently) so I couldn't schedule through the app or anything. Also it resets my default home location to a completely different one in another state even though I've deleted and re-downloaded app as suggested by my local center so that's a little annoying to deal with every time. I like that (when app is operating) I can select my waxer and the calendar/time format to see availability
