Smart Launcher requires access to the Android Accessibility API in order to provide some features like turning off the screen or showing the notification panel with a gesture. Enabling the access is optional and in any case, Smart Launcher will never collect any kind of data using this API.

Ratings and reviews

The more I use this, the more I am impressed. It is very powerful, very capable, and head and shoulders above most of the launchers on the Play Store. It has an interesting, precision way to place and size widgets along with some great widgets of its own, including a widget stacker! It will automatically organize your apps, but is flexible enough to let you drag and drop them wherever you want. You owe it to yourself to give this feature-rich, visually appealing launcher a try.

Pretty good, I like the fine positioning of things on the home screens. A couple things that keep me from really liking it: No way to set additional home screens on the left side of your main home page, and no way to change the scrolling style of the app drawer; I just want it to scroll vertically, the categories are too cumbersome.

Solved my Pixel 8 Pro frustrations. Going to ask though why you can't just auto-create folders by dragging icons together on Home Screen. Otherwise, love the App Screen and its organization which is better than anything I have used before. That said, I'd be curious as to how it classifies apps into categories. It's right about 90% of the time, with just a few I had to move. Highly recommend Media, Finance, and Shopping sections.
