Ratings and reviews

Disappointing to say the least! I wish I'd read the reviews before downloading the app, but as many have mentioned, the chapters are short and limited. I tried the 3 day paid trial (which, if you've read the fine print also says it needs to be canceled 24hrs ahead!) However, it only enabled me to read a few more chapters before being blocked again unless I paid for the remaining chapters. $10/week subscription isn't worth the money especially when one has to pay to read more chapters!!

Customer service sucks and they WILL double charge you. They offer you multiple subscriptions at once as if you never paid for the first one, then WILL double charge you and keep your money even after admitting that they see the double charge. The benefits of having a subscription suck. You don't get the free coins (despite them telling you you're supposed to get extra coins), it doesn't unlock anything, and customer service has no information.

I was jazzed to read on the app after an ad I saw. I started reading, and it was good. Then, to progress past the "free" chapters, 💎/coins were required for more. Once my "free " 💎/coins were exhausted, an offer for membership or a "package deal" was offered. 😒 🤔. A book with 436 chapters (and additional continuation books) at 33 💎/coins IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! $100-200 for an online book. No thanks. I prefer paperback anyway. What a racket!!
