I couldn't even manage to sign-up completely before the app starting freezing. I've tried uninstalling it and closing other apps to no avail. It just seems like they didn't put much effort into developing the thing. Given the other reviews, it appears like this is a common issue and has been for several months. You would think - given the fact that we can only order through the app - they would put forth more effort in making it run properly.

Horrible experience. Order was incorrect, they said they would make it right, by having the material corrected first thing in the morning next day. Instead i received the correction at the end of the day and had to pay wages to the framer and pay an electrician for time lost on site while waiting for material. The added cost to me was $900. They offered a discount on my next order and guaranteed same day delivery. When I tried placing the order was advised that same day delivery wasnt possible.

Communication is amazing! Things in the construction field never go as smoothly as planned, always have to deal with some sort of problem with the job everyday. Reno runs delevery's are awesome, and when there are problems I can always pick up the phone and within a couple of min or right away speak to a rep that is helpful and actually has answers. -
