Attract cats with food and then watch them romp with your toys! More than 40 varieties of cats—white and black, tabby and calico—might stop by. Rare cats are rumored to roam the neighborhood too, but you'll need particular items to entice those elusive felines. Each visitor is logged in your Catbook. Become a master kitty collector and fill it up!

Earning gold fish seems to be even harder in this version, which sucks, bc they were already scarce in the original version. And I just realized that the basic food isn't free anymore. So if you run out of fish and food, you *have* to pay real money to continue playing? I'm sick of microtransactions, and I'm no longer playing games that contain them. I'd much rather pay for this game, and enjoy it in full. Sorry, but until then, this is goodbye.

A cute little app I recommend to everyone. It doesn't take much time, but you can pop in & see the kitties any time to brighten your day. There are new cats, new items, new features. It may seem like a disadvantage that items break, but the broken items can be cute & funny, and fixed items may have a different appearance or be a different color. Two new yards, so far, and every yard can be customized. New pay features, but you don't need them to enjoy the game. Relaxing, simple fun. =^..^=

I loved the original Neko Atsume game. I've been pretty disappointed with this one. Yes, there are improvements to the UI but nothing has really changed. If anything, there are less goodies to buy, not really many new cats. WE NEED A KOTATSU! You have the option to see other people's yards, but what's the point? More goodies, more cats, more rooms to unlock and decorate should be the way to go. Maybe some player to player interaction. I re-downloaded the old game and am having way more fun.
