-Real estate transaction electronic contract mobile service (real estate agent, contractor)-

This service is a mobile service of the real estate transaction electronic contract system (http://irts.molit.go.kr).
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real estate transaction electronic contract began pilot operation in April 2016 and is currently in service nationwide.

This service allows you to view and modify sales and lease electronic contracts created in the real estate transaction electronic contract system, and supports the conclusion of real estate contracts electronically through the contractor's identity verification, ID card photography, electronic signature, etc.

Certified real estate agents use member information (ID/password, public certificate) registered in the electronic contract system, and contractors can use the service after logging in through mobile phone authentication.


[Main functions]

- (Contract inquiry) Electronic contract search function including sales and lease electronic contracts, brokerage object confirmation manual, ID photo, and deduction certificate

- (Mobile phone identity authentication) Mobile phone identity authentication function to verify the identity of the contractee

- (Accredited real estate agent confirmation) Function to verify the identity of the licensed real estate agent by providing a photo of the licensed real estate agent

- (Identification card photo) Ability to take a photo of the contractor's ID card and include it in the electronic contract

- (Fingerprint signature) Prevent future contract denials by including the contractor's fingerprint information in the electronic contract (separate external device required)

- (Electronic signature) Provides contract conclusion function through handwritten electronic signature and certified electronic signature on electronic contract

■ Notice about app access rights
In accordance with Article 22-2 (Consent to Access Rights) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and its Enforcement Decree, we will inform you of the access rights required to provide real estate transaction electronic contract services as follows.

■ Notice on optional access rights
• Phone: Access to mobile phone status and device information, used for making calls to real estate agents, etc.
• Camera: Access to the photo taking function, used when registering after taking an ID card.
• Photos and videos: Access rights to ID photos taken. Used when accessing ID photos.
• Location: Permission to access device location information, used to find the current location.
• Notification: Used to receive notifications about services, whether mobile anti-virus software is running, etc. through push notifications.

※ You can use the real estate transaction electronic contract service even if you do not agree to the granting of optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions, and changes can be made in the [Smartphone Settings > Application > Real Estate Transaction Electronic Contract > Permissions] menu. do.
