Seemingly understaffed development and support team, and the software projects, while mostly functional, feel very unfinished and untested, like testing is being done by clients.

Total nightmare. They had to try to be this bad. It's so bugged out they just made a built-in clear cache button as a last resort for users and even that doesn't work right. Devs are completely useless. Support should abandon ship. It would be laughable if they hadn't cost my business tens of thousands in downtime.
