Replaced a simple website that worked great. Can't see where the bus is until it's 3-5 minutes away, sometimes never. Icons on the map constantly flash, many glitches, etc. Bring back the Web site that just worked. This is barely usable. Edit: Already worked with your support. There are settings to get notified earlier, but they don't work..you still can't see the bus until it's 2-5 minutes away. Already sent many screen videos, still broken.

I don't want this App. Also, please steal our passwords, special characters are not allowed. Our district just moved to the app and away from the web-based version. Why? The Web one worked just fine. I only needed to look at it a few times a semester. Now I have another bad app on my phone. This should have stayed (or at least let us have the option to stay) on the Web. Also, why is the "Smart tag" app listed as "Parent App" in the app drawer. Now I'll also never find this in my tray.

Replaced a simple website that worked great. This app won't let you see where the bus is until it's 4 minutes away. I already set the settings to be notified 20 minutes away but they don't work. I have kids in multiple schools that get dropped off and picked up at different times. My kids used to watch the for the bus on our computer so they know when to go outside. Now the only option is to look on a cell phone which i don't allow my kids to have. This is horrible. Bring back the simple website
