I just started using this app and I am very happy and pleased with it. The transcriptions are very clear and transcripes quite well with what the caller is saying. I am hearing impaired and dont always pick up what the caller is saying when I listen to the voicemail. I use this app for both business and personal. I tried the other apps and they did a poor job.Yours is the only one that does a great job.I just upgraded the payment plan. You have one very happy customer! 😊😊

I left Verizon which had a visual voice mail that I loved. Switched to Mint Mobile, and they recommended this. I've been using this for a while now and actually like it better. Its so simple to use, read or listen to voice mails instead of calling in. I haven't done the paid version yet. I get 5 for free per month. After that I can still see it, click on it to listen without calling in. Great app!!

Latest update removed functionality to call or text from messages and has made deleting messages cumbersome. I received a response to my last review saying that the latest update solve this problem, however no update is available and installing and reinstalling appears to have nuked all of my messages and my outgoing voicemail greetings. This paid service has been turned into trash.
