Consumers can view their consumption history through this app.

Payment History ->

Consumers can view their payment history through this app.

Profile Information ->

Consumers can view and update their own profile information through this app.

Complaint Registration ->

Consumers can register their complaints as well as view the status of their complaints through this app.

Prepaid Meter Recharge ->

Consumers having prepaid meters can recharge their accounts through this app. They can also view their voucher codes by using the app.

New Service Connection ->

Consumers can apply for new electricity connection using this app.

Change Process ->

Load/Category change can also be applied using this app.

Ratings and reviews

The app works great overall, but it would be really helpful if there was an option to view the complete payment history. Currently, only recent transactions are available, and it would be much better if users could access all past payments for better tracking and record-keeping. Please consider adding this feature in future updates.

OMG, 😱😱😱 how cheap the app is.very Poor app, so many things are not clear here. The graph is peculiar, illogical towers in the graph, please see the comparisons between the towers in the graph !! why is it showed this way !!

Even after recharge, the current is not supplied. Very complicated process to bring again current supply. Very horrible system of APDCL. Smart meter is not at all smart. Smart meter system should be stopped
