You can not update your address and information through the app. They can't even help you reset your pin to debit card on here without calling. wont let me log in changed my password still won't and I can't activate my new card they mailed me and can't figure out my pin I'm about to close this account all together. IMCU is way better been with them over 20 yrs now issues.

My debit card got "deactivated " . I don't know why or by whom. Account has money in it. I was so flustered I forgot the card in the ATM. A nice guy I know found it, he put it in the night deposit box at the bank. Bsnk was closed yesterday when I found this out. I have no other checking accounts. If the bank won't just reactivate it since not stolen, all purchases mine etc, if I have to get a new cars I have no clue how auto bills like Netflix etc will be paid.

App will not accept my password. I even reset my password to make sure I had it correct. It keeps telling me the password is incorrect. I gave up and deleted the app.
